Terry Hoppo is a co-founder and Director of Hopwood & Associates Pty Ltd which was formed in 1999. Prior to this Terry has over 20 years extensive experience in Senior Management Sales & Training Management within large multi-national companies. His expertise in customer service and client satisfaction ensures that Hopwood excels in every aspect of our business operations.

Cathie Wood M.B.A. is a co-founder and Director of Hopwood & Associates Pty Ltd which was formed in 1999. Prior to this Cathie's career history has been in sales, administration and operations management.

During the past fifteen years Cathie has been involved in the training sector, she has represented industry on training issues at both local and national levels. Currently, Cathie is a co-director of Hopwood & Associates Pty Ltd, Past Board Member of Queensland Rail, Past-Chair of the QLD section of the Chartered Institute of Transport and a Past Committee Member of the Transport Minister's Ministerial Transport Planning Advisory Group.

Johnelle Walters is employed by Hopwood Integrated Training as the General Manager. Johnelle has more than 18 years experience in the Vocational Education arena and has an extensive range of managerial experience in both the public and private sectors enabling her to successfully support the broadening of scope and growth across a range of sectors in the business.

Her skills and knowledge base enable her to support clients in the identification of funding and opportunities for the benefit of the organisation's clientelle. Johnelle continues to support the services offered to the clients of Hopwood Integrated Training and strives to building fortuitous relationships across all sectors of the business.

Annette Guggemos has over 20 years experience in Business Management. Having been involved in the delivery of training specialising in Business and Finance across a broad range of industries allows Annette to bring a key focus around the quality assurance and compliance issues relating to training outcomes and achievements. She is passionate about maintaining strong business relationships and support services to our clients and stakeholders and remains committed to ensuring that a high level of outcomes are achieved across the business.

Gail Parkes - Accounts Coordinator

Gail joined the team at Hopwood Integrated Training in 2005 as the Accounts Coordinator and since that time has continued to develop and excel in the role.  Gail brings a broad range of skills to the organisation having successfully managed her own business for many years.  Her extensive skills in business management and administrative associated applications are second to none and this is evident by the vast wealth of knowledge which she applies in all that she undertakes on behalf of the organisation.  She is well respected by both staff and clients alike.

Leanne Rostagno - Completions/Cancellations Coordinator

Since joining the team at Hopwood Integrated Training in 2005 as the Completions/Cancellations Coordinator, Leanne has enhanced the values and outcomes of training to our clients through her abilities to manage the process around the organisations completions and cancellations. Prior to joining the team, Leanne had worked in business focused roles for more than 20 years.  She continues to enhance the outcomes of the organisation today through her commitment to providing quality processes to our clients and stakeholders within the Vocational, Education and Training sector.

Sarah Shaw - Business Support Officer

Sarah joined the Hopwood Integrated Training team in mid 2010 as the Business Support Officer. Sarah brings a broad range of skills and knowledge from a wide range of experience and exposure throughout the training sector. Since joining the team, Sarah has worked on the development of resources for the organisation enhancing the quality outcomes for both our clients and stakeholders to the business.

Kim brings more than 20 years experience in the Vocational Education and Training sector to the organisation, with almost half of this timeframe working with Hopwood Integrated Training.  Kim's versatility and strength in the training sector in Logistics is outstanding.  Having more than 26 years experience in Warehousing including 5 in Managerial roles, Kim has an outstanding ability to deliver training in a broad range of diverse environments which maximises the outcomes of both participants and their organisations.

Brad has an extensive skill set including qualifications gained through over 25 years experience in managing logistical assets and training. Brad has been a trainer in the Vocational, Education and Training sector for more than 10 years, 4 of those with Hopwood Integrated Training. Having had more than 31 years in a broad range of experiences from Military, transport and bus industry experience, Brad is an outstanding trainer and delivers an exceptional level of service to the clients and participants on behalf of the organisation.

Grant has developed extensive experience and skills whilst employed in the Transport industry. This has been through many years of hands-on application.  Having worked in Business Management in both operational and training positions in various sectors, Grant has developed a range of skills which benefit our client and stakeholder groups delivering training outcomes of a high standard. Grant always maintains a highly professional manner and coordinates the efficient and effective delivery of training and assessment services to the clients at Hopwood Integrated Training.

Bob brings with him more than 41 years experience in driving Heavy Rigid vehicles.  Having been in the training industry for many years he has confidently applied his extensive skills and knowledge base to the benefits of the organisation and it's clients.  Bob's extensive experience also encompasses:  Owner Driver (10 years) Concrete Agitator - 6 wheel Ford LNT 9000; 6 & 8 wheeler tippers - Scania, International, Mack;  8 wheeler bulk pressurised tanker (processed foundry sand) - RFW;  Hough 4 wheel drive front end loader (licence upgrade required);  4 & 6 wheel tray tops (gas cylinders) - Ford, International;  6 wheel pressurised tanker (liquid nitrogen), local and intrastate - International;  4 & 6 wheel heavy towing & salvage (local & interstate), Kenworth;  55 seat buses - Volvo, Mercedes, Hino. 

Bob has an outstanding skill set which continues to add value to both the Hopwood Integrated Training team as well as the outcomes of the organisations clients.

Sharon recently joined the Hopwood Integrated Training team as Business Consultant for the organisation.  She brings a broad range of skills and knowledge base to the team having worked in the Training Industry in the UK for many years before moving Australia.  Sharon has developed an extensive knowledge base of the Business sector in both the hands-on role as a trainer/assessor along with solutions based business support for clients in business development strategies and client training solutions. Sharon's expertise in the analysis of client needs and customisation of training programs are key qualities that will ensure that she becomes a valuable resource to the organisation and the clients and stakeholders of Hopwood Integrated Training.

Ted has been in the training industry since 2002 and has an extensive skill set and knowledge base in the Logistics industry.  The development of these skills has been through a broad range of experiences including 20 years with the Defence Force.  Ted has been very proactive in the management of the company's clients and the training and assessing of the client's employees.  Ted is very effective in applying the necessary quality systems and assessment tools to ensure effective customer service with a focus on enhancing our client relationships.

Having recently joined the team at Hopwood Integrated Training, Robert brings with him an extensive range of skills and knowledge which he has gained through more than 20 years in the Passenger Transport Industry.  Robert's skills and knowledge base have proven to be very adaptable and he is a welcomed addition to the team working with our largest client.  His ability to meld together both practical and theoretical applications has been fantastic and is welcomed by both clients and participants of our training.
