The Australian Government has initiated and is funding a new program for training called the Productivity Places Program. Put simply, this means that jobseekers can apply,directly to Hopwood Integrated Training or through their Employment Service Provider (ESP), to undertake certificate courses at no cost to the jobseeker so that they may upgrade their knowledge and skills. This upgrading should allow the jobseeker to gain employment in their chosen field more readily as they will be able to display that they have proven competence in the areas in which they have trained.

We understand our bus industry clients needs when looking for prospective employees. Utilising the program, we are creating a pool of qualified, well trained bus drivers covering the South East Queensland area. The Productivity Places Program is cost free to employers and students. Our "pool" of drivers, who have successfully completed our program, are available for immediate employment. Hopwood Integrated Training provides feedback to our graduates regarding their presentation, time management, punctuality and general attitude. This information allows our graduates the best possible opportunity to gain employment as well as creating a benchmark for employers taking on a graduate of this program.
